AcroSports parties provide the fun & excitement of acrobatic
and circus activities! Begin with fun on the gym floor, followed
by a celebration in the Sun Room. Your kids will run, jump,
swing, bounce, zoom, and fly!

ZIPLINE!

|
AcroSports parties start on the main floor with everyone
joining in an invigorating warm up. After the warm up, coaches
demonstrate how to jump, swing, and bounce on the tumble track
trampoline, trapeze, and rope swing. Then the kids have free
time to play on the gym floor, while the coaches give rides
on the bungee swing and zipline*. If there is time left and
everyone has had a turn on these apparatus, the kids may play
parachute games, do relay races, and maybe even get a demonstration
from one of the coaches.
After the party wraps up on the floor, the kids head up to
the Sun Room for the party finale of food, gifts, and guests.
We provide you with plates, cups, napkins, and plastic utensils,
as well as table covers and balloons for decoration, or you
can bring your own if you wish. The office staff person will
even help you set up the party room while the kids are on
the floor.
*Zipline rides are included in Zip-a-di
Duo and MegaZip parties; for children under 5 hosting MegaZip
parties, parachute games can be substituted for zipline.

For up to 15 kids:
Bungee
Bounce - $195
An hour on the floor, including bungee, plus
40 minutes in the Sun Room.
Zip-a-di
Duo - $225
Both bungee and zipline in an hour on the gym
floor, plus 40 minutes in the Sun Room.
For 15 to 20 kids:
MegaZip
- $250
1 hour and fifteen minutes on the gym floor
for up to 20 children, with bungee and zipline
(or parachute for children 5 and under), plus
45 minutes in the Sun Room.

Available Party Times:
Saturdays at 2:00, 3:30, 5:00, and 6:30* p.m.
Sundays at 11:00 a.m., 12:30, 2:00*, 3:30, and 5:00 p.m.
*these party times do not have the Mega party package option available
Reserving & Hosting Your AcroSports Party!
1. Open our Events Calendar to check on party availability*, then reserve your spot by clicking on the party you would like and paying a $50 deposit. This deposit is non-refundable; however you are welcome to change the date or time of your party up until 3 weeks before the date of your current reservation at no charge. *If no party is listed feel free to call our office 415-665-2276 to be added to the waitlist (if you are booking a party more than three months in advance parties may still be available, just not listed).
2. Read over your confirmation once you've received it. This will remind you about all we will provide for your party. If you have any questions about any of this material, please give us a call 415-665-2276.
3. Pay the balance 3 weeks before your scheduled party date to finalize your reservation. Please note that any final balances not received by 2 weeks prior to the party date are subject to cancellation. NO REFUNDS for party cancellations made less than 3 weeks before the date of a scheduled party.
4. Please call us the week before your party if you have any last minute questions and to confirm the number of guests you are expecting.
5. Arrive about 15 minutes before your scheduled party to get situated, greet your guests, and order pizza if you're planning on it. We recommend pizza from Cybelle's Front Room, check out their website at www.cybellesfrontroom.com. Direct your guests up to the bleachers and have them leave food, shoes and jackets there.
6. Relax and have fun during the party! Office staffers will set up the party room for you and clean up once you've left, however you may be asked to assist with set up if necessary. The two coaches running the floor activities may need your assistance as well, depending on the age and number of guests, so be ready to help out with the fun!
