About Members Only Open Training at AcroSports
Train at your own pace with access to our gymnastics equipment, sprung floor, tumble track, and foam pit during this supervised open gym session. This is an unstructured time for independent practice—no instruction provided. Please note that other classes will be happening simultaneously, so space and equipment use may be limited at times. Open to adults 18 and older with prior movement experience and a strong sense of spatial awareness.
– Absolutely No Walk-Ins
– Permission will be granted in a 24 hour period, meaning no same day approvals will be guaranteed.
– Eligibility Guidelines:
– Clients must currently possess active class passes or have recent history of attendance.
– Beginner level clients new to Acrosports must attend at least 3 classes before seeking approval for open training.
– Intermediate level clients new to Acrosports may request clearance by emailing Elijah@acrosports.org.
– Clients seeking eligibility will be granted access based on skill level and experience and will also receive safe practice guidelines when attending open training.
