We are looking for an energetic, organized, and people-loving Party Coordinator to join our team for weekends this summer!
If you’re great with kids, love keeping things running smoothly, and want to be part of a lively, active environment—this role is for you.
Schedule:
- Saturdays: 1:45pm–9:45pm
- Sundays: 1:45pm–8:45pm
- ~16-18 hours/week
- Must be available on weekends all summer (May–August) + some weekday on-call availability for quick admin tasks
Pay: $30/hr
Temporary summer position with potential for long-term work.
About AcroSports:
We’re a San Francisco nonprofit focused on building confidence and strength through gymnastics, acrobatics, and movement. We provide fun and enriching programs for kids and adults in a welcoming, inclusive environment.

What You’ll Do:
- Welcome and assist birthday party families and guests.
- Coordinate fun activities like trampolines, group games & obstacle courses.
- Prep, clean, and manage party spaces between events.
- Support and supervise party staff.
- Make sure everyone’s having a blast—safely!
- Contact hosts ahead of time, answer questions, and keep the day flowing.
- Promote our programs to party guests
What We’re Looking For:
- Weekend availability (Saturdays & Sundays)
- Experience working with kids (gymnastics, dance, or sports background = a plus!)
- Friendly, reliable, and great with communication.
- CPR/First Aid certified (or willing to get it)
- Comfortable leading others and handling fast-paced events.
