We get it. Class transitions are quick. Maybe 30 seconds between drop-off and warm-up, or a brief hello as your kid rushes out the door. It’s not enough time to really talk about how your child is doing, what they’re working toward, or any questions you might have about their progress.

Why Coach Check-ins Matter
Your child’s coach sees them multiple times a week. They notice what skills are clicking, where your kid needs a little extra encouragement, and what that shy kid in the back corner is actually capable of when they feel safe to try. That’s valuable insight, and it’s worth a real conversation.
Whether you want to talk about:
- How your child is progressing on a specific skill
- Your child’s confidence or comfort level in class
- Individual needs or learning styles
- Feedback or ideas about programming
- Just getting to know your child’s coach better
…a dedicated check-in is the way to do it. No rushing, no distractions, just a real conversation about your kid.
How It Works
- Fill out the form. Tell us what you’d like to discuss and how your coach can best reach you (phone, email, or video call).
- Our admin team handles the logistics. We’ll coordinate with your child’s coach to find a time that works for everyone.
- You’ll hear back within a week. Your coach will reach out directly to schedule and chat. In some cases, a program manager or admin team member might respond first if they can help answer your question right away.
- Have your conversation. Talk through whatever’s on your mind, ask questions, share observations. This is your time.
It’s that simple.
What to Expect
Coaches love talking about their students. They’re excited to share what your child is learning, celebrate wins (big and small), and work with you to support your kid’s growth. These conversations often surface things that don’t come up in regular class chat, like newfound confidence, friendships your child is building, or ways you can encourage skills at home.
Come with questions, observations, or just a desire to connect. There’s no such thing as a silly question.
