Max is consistent, reliable, and follows through with tasks expected of him while simultaneously looking for ways to improve systems for everyone in the building. He has strong attention to detail, which especially came in handy during a period of major admin and registration changes in the past couple months. Max learns quickly and adapts well to new systems and processes, taking initiative wherever appropriate.

His customer service skills are very impressive! He exhibits patience and warmth with students, families, and staff, representing AcroSports as a consummate professional. Max is keenly aware of what is needed in the moment and proactive in finding ways to support others.
