You must arrive within 15 minutes of class start time to participate. Late arrivals miss the essential warm-up and can be a safety distraction. If you're 15+ minutes late, you won't be able to join and will lose that class. (Open Gym has a 30-minute late policy.)

Cancel at least 12 hours before class starts with no penalty. Cancellations within 12 hours incur a $10 late cancellation fee. No-shows result in losing that class or a $20 fee for Platinum members.

Silver: $155/month for up to 5 classes
Gold: $240/month for up to 8 classes
Platinum: $375/month for unlimited classes
All plans auto-renew monthly and include access to all class types.

No refunds are issued once monthly billing has occurred. However, you can pause your plan up to 2 times per year (14-90 days) or cancel with 7 days notice before your next billing cycle.
