One of the circus’ most compelling and ancient art forms, Contortion involves extreme displays of flexibility and balance, oftentimes beyond what many people can believe is possible for the human body. But it IS quite possible, and you can start your training here! Learn formal contortion techniques, how to stretch safely, hold poses, and continue to develop the endurance and strength necessary to control increased flexibility. All experience levels welcome. An extra layer of workout clothes recommended for Contortion in order to help keep stretching muscles warm.
