She has continued for over a decade teaching her Sling curriculum to Intro, Beginning, Intermediate & Advanced students.
As a Certified TRX instructor & Herbalist, she focuses on instilling functional movement patterns through strengthening, stability, & mobility as well as nervous system regulation while training & healthy habits for “whole system wellness.”What do you most enjoy about the work you do?
Bringing a holistic approach to my work by infusing best practices for longevity in fitness as part of a lifestyle to help bodies become more mindful in movement, maintenance & mobility for the rest of their life.
What do you do for fun when you’re not in the gym?
Lift logs & run through the woods like a primal amazon warrior woman… or ride my motorcycle
