Announcing Our New Chief Program Officer: Tonya Paoli
We are pleased to announce that Tonya Paoli has been offered and accepted the position of Chief Program Officer at AcroSports.
Tonya has been a valued member of our community since joining AcroSports in 2004. Over the past two decades, she has demonstrated an unwavering commitment to our mission and a consistent desire to contribute meaningfully to our strategic growth. Her deep connection to AcroSports and her dedication to our values have been evident in every role she has undertaken within the organization.
Tonya’s instinctive and honed skills perfectly align with what it means to be a leader in a community-based organization in San Francisco. Her extensive experience has equipped her with an inherent understanding of the responsibilities necessary to lead teams, develop creative strategies, fortify operational efficiency, and provide strategic vision.
Tonya has consistently shown remarkable dedication and enthusiasm in her various roles, from a coach to Adult Program Manager and later as Senior Support Manager. She approaches her responsibilities with determination and always strives to achieve outstanding results. Her commitment to excellence has been a hallmark of her work, consistently surpassing expectations.
In her new role, Tonya will be taking charge of key areas such as program management, customer experience, student experience, professional development, quality assurance, and community engagement. She’ll ensure our programs run smoothly, using effective communication and feedback to maintain efficient operations. Tonya will lead efforts in professional development, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement among staff. She is committed to maintaining high standards of quality and safety in all our programs and will actively engage with the community to enhance AcroSports’ impact and presence.
