- If you do not provide said documentation, your application will NOT be processed.
Accepted Supporting Documentation
Please provide one of the following with your Tuition Assistance application:
- First page of most recent tax return (**preferred**)
- Current Medi-Cal card
- GA Statement of Benefits
- SSI determination letter
