Summer Camp Lottery Info Session: January 12th Webinar

Acro SummerCamp Webinar

Everything You Need to Know About Summer Camp Registration (Free Webinar January 12th at 7pm PST)

Summer camp registration is coming up fast, and we know the lottery process can feel confusing. That’s why we’re hosting a free information session to walk you through exactly how it works.

Join us Monday, January 12th at 7pm PST for a live webinar where we’ll explain the summer camp lottery, answer your questions, and make sure you’re ready when registration opens later this month.

Important Dates

Here’s what you need to know right now:

  • January 12th at 7pm PST – Free webinar (that’s this one!)
  • January 26th – Lottery submission opens + specialty/offsite camp registration opens
  • February 1st – Lottery submission closes
  • February 2nd – Drawing begins
  • February 4-6th – Lottery notifications sent

We’ll go into detail on all of this during the webinar.

Why We’re Doing This

Every year, we hear similar questions: When does registration open? How does the lottery actually work? What’s the difference between lottery camps and first-come, first served camps? What if I miss the lottery window?

Rather than trying to answer all of this via email, we wanted to bring everyone together for a clear explanation. You’ll hear directly from our team about the process, the timeline, and the thinking behind how we structure summer camp registration. Plus, you can ask questions and get real answers.

What We’ll Cover

How the lottery works. We’ll walk through the entire process from submission to notification so you know exactly what to expect.

Key dates and deadlines. When to submit your lottery entry, when you’ll hear back, and when other registration windows open.

Specialty and AcroCamp South Park (offsite) camps. These camps are first-come, first-served (no lottery). We’ll explain how to register for them.

Spring camp registration. Different timeline, different process. We’ll clarify how spring camp fits into all of this.

Live Q&A. Submit your questions during the webinar and we’ll answer them in real time.

How to Join

You can sign up in advance or just drop in on the day of the webinar. If you register ahead of time, you’ll get reminder emails and you’ll be able to submit questions during the live session. If you can’t make it or forget to register, no problem. You can still join using the link on January 12th at 7pm PST.

Can’t make it live? We’re recording the webinar so you can watch it later. The recording will be available right after the session ends. The benefit of attending live is being able to ask your specific questions and get answers in real time, but you’ll still get all the important information if you watch the replay.

Who Should Attend

This webinar is for anyone planning to register for summer camp, whether you’re returning from last year or brand new to AcroSports. If you have questions about how registration works, this session will answer them.

We especially recommend attending if you’ve never been through our lottery process before or if you have multiple kids and need to understand how to coordinate registrations.

Questions Before the Webinar?

If you have questions now, you can always reach out to our team at (415) 665-2276 or in**@********ts.org. But honestly, most of your questions will probably be answered during the webinar, so it might be worth waiting until January 12th, 7pm PST.

See you there (or on the replay).
