Sign your child up for an active, engaging week at AcroCamp, hosted at CrossFit South Park! Due to growing demand at our main facility, AcroSports is expanding with this innovative offsite program in South Park. Your child will experience our signature blend of gymnastics, parkour, functional movement, and team-building activities in an exciting new location.

  • Hours: Monday thru Friday; 9 AM– 3 PM (aftercare available)

WHAT MAKES OUR CAMP SPECIAL

AcroSports’ unique curriculum balances structured activities with free play, helping children ages 6-12 develop:

  • Fundamental movement skills
  • Body awareness and coordination
  • Confidence and self-esteem
  • Teamwork and communication
  • A lifelong love of fitness and movement

Each day features a mix of gymnastics fundamentals, parkour elements, obstacle courses, team challenges, and creative movement games. Children will learn at their own pace while being encouraged to safely push their boundaries in the spacious CrossFit South Park facility.

DAILY SCHEDULE

  • 8:45am – 9:00am: Curbside Drop-off
  • 9:00am – 10:00am: Warm Up & Group Games
  • 10:00am – 10:30am: Snack
  • 10:30am – 12:00pm: Gymnastics/Tumbling/Parkour/Obstacle Course
  • 12:00pm – 1:00pm: Lunch outdoors at South Park
  • 1:00pm – 2:50pm: Gymnastics/Tumbling/Parkour/Obstacle Course
  • 2:50pm – 3:00pm: Pack-Up
  • 3:00pm – 3:15pm: Curbside Pick-Up
  • 3:00pm – 5:00pm: After Care
