Here at AcroSports, our San Francisco community is at the heart of everything we do. From watching our students flip with confidence to seeing adults master breathtaking circus arts, your growth inspires us every single day.
To make sure we are giving you the absolute best experience both on and off the floor, we have some very exciting news: AcroSports will be switching our software from three different student management platforms to one unified platform called Recess on July 24th, 2026! We are really excited about this change as it will allow us to streamline operations and create a better experience for you.
What to Expect During the Software Switch
We know change can bring questions, so here is the best part: your account details will be automatically transferred. The system will securely migrate your details, such as:
- Family/Student Information
- Email address
- Billing information
- Future bookings, and more
We will share more information as we get closer to the switch over date in late July.

Transparent Details Regarding Fees
This platform is similar to many other companies and organizations today, where there is a small transaction fee on purchases. You will see this fee at checkout.
To help ease the transition, we will not be increasing our class fees/tuition until enrollment starts for our programs beginning January 1, 2028.
