Stretching / Flexibility Increased physical flexibility not only supports students’ progress in all of AcroSports’ program offerings, but is also beneficial to most sports disciplines and other physical activities, plus just makes you feel great overall! Come learn how to get loose and lengthy, to stretch safely while simultaneously toning and strengthening the muscles that support your newfound bendiness. The Flexibility class is for BEGINNERS ONLY and will take things easy and slow; Stretching knocks things up a tad to help you expand your flexibility quotient further.

AcroSports Will Be Closed Until October

Given the uncertainty caused by the current Covid-19 situation in the Bay Area we will not be hosting classes, parties nor camps in the gym at this time

BUT DON'T YOU FRET.... We have tentative plans to open our doors back up on October 1st!
