As the Executive Director, you will provide visionary leadership and strategic direction to AcroSports, overseeing all aspects of our operations and programs. You will work closely with the board of directors, leadership team, coaches, staff, and external stakeholders to advance our mission and ensure organizational sustainability.

We are dedicated to providing a safe and inclusive environment where students of all ages and backgrounds can come together to explore their creativity, express themselves, and contribute to our vibrant community. Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic plans that align with the organization's mission and values, driving growth and impact while fostering innovation and adaptability.
- Financial Management: Develop and manage budget creation, financial planning, and fundraising efforts to ensure the organization's financial health and sustainability.
- Organizational Leadership: Lead, inspire, and empower a diverse team of staff and coaches, fostering a culture of collaboration, creativity, and excellence.
- External Relations: Cultivate and maintain positive relationships with donors, partners, government agencies, and other stakeholders, serving as a spokesperson and advocate for the organization.
- Program Development and Evaluation: Oversee the design, implementation, and evaluation of programs and initiatives, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities and best practices.
- Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks to the organization, ensuring compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and ethical standards.
- Board Engagement: Collaborate with the board of directors to provide regular updates, solicit input, and leverage their expertise to support the organization's mission and goals.
- Capital Projects: Plan, manage and budget for all capital and site projects.
- Fundraising and Development: Cultivate and maintain relationships with donors, sponsors, and funding agencies to secure grants, donations, and other sources of revenue.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (advanced degree preferred)
- Senior leadership experience in the nonprofit sector or a related field with experience managing multiple projects.
- Proven track record of successful strategic planning, financial management, and fundraising
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate others
- Demonstrated commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion
- Ability to work effectively with boards of directors and external stakeholders
- Passion for AcroSports' mission and values.
