(She/Her)
When did you start with AcroSports?
1993
Tell us a bit about your background and experience.
Jessica has been a member of the AcroSports community since 1993, and has over 20 years of experience in nonprofit Operations management, during which she has finely honed her art of creating organizational systems. She truly enjoys finding the most optimal systems to support unique, highly functioning organizations to grow and operate effectively and joyfully.
In addition to consulting on Operations and systems with several US-based nonprofit organizations, Jessica also works for WOVEN in Eugene Oregon, and Healing House and Pachananada (a school and retreat center in the Peruvian Andes) where she offers coaching, workshops, and trainings. Her mission is to help people to awaken their power, honor their bodies, trust their intuition and show up confidently in their lives.
What do you most enjoy about the work you do?
I love the AcroSports community. I feel honored to be working within a community who cares so deeply about making a positive impact in their community. Most of my work is behind the scenes so I treasure the times I get to see the smiles on the faces of the students directly engaging in programming.
What do you do for fun when you’re not in the gym?
When I’m not working, I’m either enjoying a house organization project, adventuring in the Pacific Northwest, or spending quality time with my family & friends.
