Class Description

Ages 6+

This class introduces students to the history of Hip-Hop culture, and teaches basic foundation Breakdancing moves for the burgeoning bboy/bgirl. The style presented by AcroSports coaches encompasses the movements of breakdancing and body-popping, with a concentration on footwork, and class focuses on building the solid foundation of skills needed to execute popular dance moves to original choreography. Warm up includes isolations, hard-hitting exercises, and a breakdown of a highly energetic routine to build stamina and increase strength.
