This hour-long class is developed specifically for people 55 and older. It will focus on developing strength, flexibility, and balance in a supportive environment provided by the use of chairs and other props. Although called Chair Yoga and much of the class will be seated work, we will progress towards standing and mat postures. People new to yoga are welcome!
