This class is a great opportunity for general physical preparedness for members as well as a suggested class for new members who are looking to build a base of strength and body awareness to participate in higher level activities such as acrobatics, tumbling, etc. Combination of bodyweight and weighted movements. A thorough warmup to prepare the joints for movement. A slow strength portion to focus on form and control. Conditioning to get up the heart rate and practice movements. Finish with a a cool-down of stretching and recovery. Class can be tailored to the needs of each individual.
