Pre-K/Toddler Classes


Ages 4 to 5 years
Children build strength, agility and social skills while getting a great workout in this high-energy class. Using rings, swings, trampoline, trapeze, and obstacle courses, they explore new physical challenges and increase their confidence and self-esteem. The class includes warm-up and stretching, gymnastics skill instruction, and group games.

All group classes, parties and camps will be closed until further notice.

Given the uncertainty caused by the current Covid-19 situation in the Bay Area we will not be hosting group classes, parties nor camps in the gym at this time.

BUT DON'T YOU FRET.... While group classes aren’t yet in the mix, we are currently offering Private Lessons for Adults.
